As the name implies, the Kryo Elite is our premier espresso grinder- in terms of grind quality, features, and ease of use. It's the fastest and most consistent grinder in our lineup and is built to shine in busy cafés around the world.
The Kryo Elite features 64-mm flat chromium steel burrs for extra hardness and durability, even under heavy use. With the 1.3 kg (2.87 lb) bean hopper, this grinder is ready to handle whatever you throw at it.
With on-demand functionality, the grinder activates one of the 3 selected doses as soon as the portafilter is inserted, and pauses when it's removed. Adjusting the grind size is easier then ever, too- just pull the control knob slightly and rotate, enabling quick access without the risk of accidental changes. Grind size level can be monitored via the digital display at all times.
New to the Kryo Elite is a smart grinding adjustment system (SaS) that helps keep your programmed doses consistent. When you adjust the grind size level via the control knob, the Elite can automatically compensate for those changes by slightly increasing or decreasing the grind time.
And last but not least, this grinder's magic trick is the swiveling interface, allowing easy access to the grounds chute for quicker cleaning and maintenance.
