Once your current labor warranty has expired, this contract allows Rancilio Group North America to act as the dispatch and support agent for the Egro espresso equipment which is currently installed at your location. This agreement allows Rancilio to dispatch a local, trained service vendor to your location to repair and service the Egro espresso equipment, should the need arise. Rancilio Group North America will pay the local service company and invoice your location. No additional administration fees will be charged, all administration fees are covered by your Platinum Protection Program yearly membership fee.
