Inside the box, you’ll find:
  • The Machine
  • The Manual
  • The Accessories Kit

The Accessories Kit includes...

  • Double-spouted portafilter
  • Double Basket
  • Single Basket
  • Backflushing Disk
  • Tamper
  • Cleaning Tablets
  • Dosing Spoon
Setting up your Silvia:
  • Set on level, clean, and dry surface
  • Remove protective film from top and grate
  • Ensure tubes in water reservoir are connected correctly
  • Fill reservoir with filtered water. We recommend adding a BWT water softening pouch.
  • Plug in your machine.
  • Press the power switch to turn it on.
  • Flip the coffee switch on.
  • The machine will now fill the boilers and dispense some water through the group head When a fair amount of water has been dispensed, flip the coffee switch to the off position.
  • We also recommend running hot water through the steam wand to make sure the boiler is fully saturated. To do this, open the steam wand knob fully. Then turn on the hot water button. Wait until a fair amount of hot water has run through the spout, then turn off the hot water button and close the steam knob.
  • Allow to heat up for about 20 minutes before use. The machine will indicate it is heating when the red light is on. Once the boiler has reached full pressure and temperature, only the green light will be solid
