iSTEAM

The RANCILIO iSteam is an intelligent steam wand that automatically infuses air and turns off at the proper temperature to create the perfect milk texture for cappuccinos and lattes.

The RANCILIO iSteam has two selection buttons: to froth the milk for Cappuccinos, and to heat the milk for Lattes. The smart electronic control system injects air based on the quantity of milk in the pitcher. When the programmed temperature is reached, the iSteam stops automatically. The special stainless steel covering is heat-insulated to make it cool to the touch and easy to clean.

TALL MACHINE VERSIONS

Rancilio USB traditional machines come in tall versions. Rancilio tall versions can accommodate to-go cups up to 5.7 inches and are equipped with pull out trays for small espresso-sized cups. Rancilio machines in tall versions are the most functional yet versatile traditional machines today.

COOL TOUCH STEAM WAND

Rancilio Cool Touch Steam Wand produces perfect steam while keeping its cool. The thermal insulation keeps your hands safe when operating the steam wand. This insulation also makes the wand easier to clean at which point the cooler surface allows to wipe off milk easily. The Cool Touch Steam Wand is a standard feature on the Classe 11 and as an optional feature on the Classe 9 and the Classe 7.

YOUSTEAM

Barista-assistance steam wand, adds air on-demand. The youSteam barista assistance wand is a Rancilio patented steam valve with two functions: to heat and to froth milk. The steam control is operated by turning the knob upwards to open the steam wand and remains in the open position until the user turns it downward to close. The first upward position is to steam the milk and a notch further up infuses the steam with air to assist with creating perfect milk foam. The user can also regulate steam intensity by holding the valve down and release to close the steam wand automatically. The ergonomic shape of the youSteam and ease of use ensure consistently high-quality foam for a cappuccino fit for a king.

CLEVER

Rancilio CLEVER or C-Lever is a Rancilio patented steam valve with a special control knob and ergonomic design, complete with open-stay and open-close function. The valve is operated by turning the knob just 25° downwards to open the steam wand. The user can regulate steam intensity by holding the Clever down and release to close the steam wand automatically. Turning it upwards opens the steam wand and remains in the open position until the user turns it downward to close.

RANCILIO ELECTRIC CUP WARMER

The Rancilio electric cup warmer is a feature installed on top of the Rancilio machine to heat ceramic cups to the optimum temperature for a quality espresso. The warm ceramic cups provide insulation to your hot beverage and you can quickly wash with cold water without fear of breakage, compared to typical glassware. Thanks to the electric cup warmer, the ceramic cups are preheated for the best espresso drinking experience.

Not available in Classe 5 2 Group Compact and Classe 5 1 Group machine models.

RANCILIO ABM.07 (Advanced Boiler Management)

Rancilio ABM.07 (Advanced Boiler Management) is specifically designed software to improve the performance of the machine in conditions of intense use. When simultaneously brewing espresso, dispensing water and steaming milk, ABM.07 switches on the heating element to pre-empt any drops in temperature and ensure constant heating levels. The new sensors installed in Rancilio machines have made heat control even more precise and immediate. ABM.07 also allows control of the machine’s power absorption, reducing it to 2/3 of the normal value for locations with low power availability.

RANCILIO SMART INTERFACE

The Smart Interface is a touchscreen barista command panel in a Rancilio machine that allows the user complete control of all brewing and machine functions. Inspired by the latest generation of smart phones, this touchscreen is made of tempered glass for durability and functionality. You can easily navigate through the simple yet intuitive buttons of the menu and do a lot more in a short time.

RANCILIO HYDRO HUB

The Hydro Hub, designed by Rancilio LAB research and development laboratory is an innovative system for the comprehensive and integrated management of the hydraulic circuit for espresso machines. RANCILIO V-FLEX

The V-flex is a self-adapting system that harmonizes the operating voltage of the Rancilio machine with voltage variations in the main power supply. This function ensures error-free installation and prevents problems caused by fluctuating in the supply voltage.

RANCILIO LED LIGHTS

The entire work area is lit by series of white energy-efficient LED lights. The LED work lights under the brew group helps illuminate the work area and serves as indicator that the machine is ready for use.
