The RS1 is fully customizable and fully programmable, allowing baristas to dial in every aspect of their workflow, including the temperature and time of the water buttons.

Each machine has two water buttons that can be individually programmed to set temperature and time. You can select a temperature from 1 to 8, with 8 being the hottest and 1 being coolest. How long you’d like the water to dispense can be programmed in seconds.
This customization allows the RS1 to meet your specific needs. For example, some cafes will set specific temperatures for teas or americanos, and other cafes will set the buttons for a quick rinsing.
1) Go to the section titled “Water” on the touch screen.
2) The two left icons match the symbols on the two water buttons you are adjusting.
3) On the screen interface, you will be able to see the time in seconds and the temperature listed on a scale from 1 to 8, with 8 being the hottest.
4) To increase or decrease time or temperature, press to highlight the section and use the plus or minus to adjust.
Note: the time will automatically change with your temperature, as hotter water dispenses faster.
5) Save with the back arrow or hit X to cancel.
